Wine & Flamenco Experience – Casino Cirsa Valencia – 29 November at 7 pm.
Tasting in English of Valencian wines, accompanied by signature tapas and offered by Tristan van Doorn, international sommelier: Sparkling wine, Calvestra Brut Nature, Winer, Mustiguillo. White wine, LoAlto Tardana, Winery Casa LoAlto and finally Red wine, Cambra UNO. Winery Rafa Cambra Next, some delicious signature tapas: Scallop and mango ceviche, Brioche with Cantabrian anchovy 00, grated tomato and red miso mayonnaise and a delicious octopus, pumpkin and Iberian bacon skewer. To end the evening, “A Compás” the exciting flamenco music and dance show, offered by AIRE, a quintet of musicians that will make you vibrate with their art.
