WHAT IS WINNER CLUB

Winner Club is the slot loyalty program of CIRSA CASINO VALENCIA, S.A.U. (hereinafter, CCV), which offers cumulative points for playing on the machines assigned to the program. The validity of the program is indefinite. However, CCV reserves the right to cancel it at any time, in which case members will be informed at least 15 days in advance of the planned termination date.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A MEMBER

1. Natural persons of legal age, regardless of their nationality or place of residence, who complete the program registration form in person can be part of the Winner Club. To do this, they must not appear on any prohibited or self-prohibited list.

2. CCV reserves the right to accept or not accept a registration request.

3. When a client is accepted, they will receive a card with their name that will identify them as a member of the Winner Club Program, as well as the bases for participation in it if they were not delivered at registration.

4. By signing the membership questionnaire, the client accepts that information about the Winner Club program will be sent to them: promotions, communications referring to it or relevant information about our rooms; through traditional mail, email and/or phone calls. The user may choose the means by which they want to receive communications and exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (see data protection section).

5. The Winner’s Club card is for personal and non-transferable use and is the exclusive responsibility of its holder.

6. The Winner’s Club card is not a credit card, debit card, or official identification document.

7. In the event of theft or loss of the card, the holder must immediately report the fact to CCV. Reprinting each card will cost €5. CCV will not be responsible for any points accumulated on a lost or broken card.

ACCUMULATION OF POINTS

1. Winner Club members will achieve points according to the total money played (coin in).

2. The accumulation of points will only be possible on the machines assigned to the club.

3. To achieve points, it is essential that the customer insert their card into the machines during the games.

4. Points achieved on a customer’s card cannot be transferred to another person’s account.

5. CCV may change the points accumulation rules at any time.

6. CCV may at any time adjust the member’s points account status, with prior notice, in the event of system errors, or when it detects fraud or erroneous or improper use of the card.

7. The achieved points will expire when a card remains inactive for one year even if the customer has visited the casino during said interval. Likewise, the points accumulated on the card will expire one year after obtaining them if they have not been redeemed.

8. Winner Club may cancel, limit, modify, delete or add the terms and conditions of these regulations at any time, informing members of this by the means it deems most convenient.

CAUSES FOR CANCELLATION OF AN ACCOUNT

CCV may terminate a member’s membership in Winner’s Club without prior notice when the member engages in illegal activities such as (but not limited to) the following:

1. Using a card without being the owner of it may lead to the withdrawal from the club of the user, the cardholder or both.

2. Failure to comply with CCV security regulations.

3. When the accumulated points have been obtained illegally or fraudulently: a. For committing fraud on the machines. b. For using the card while not being its holder. At the time of canceling or returning the cards, they lose all the points they have accumulated and these cannot be refunded.

REDEMPTION OF PROFITS

1. The points accumulated with the Winner Club card will be exchangeable for hospitality products, casino merchandising, credits or other gifts chosen by the club. CCV may modify the redemption table at any time and without prior notice.

2. To redeem benefits, Winner Club members must have their active card, an official identification and the number of points necessary to make the respective redemption.

3. Only the cardholder may request the exchange of points for benefits, and to do so they must present the card at the time of redemption in the customer service area along with official identification.

4. The benefits offered by Winner Club may be modified by CCV without prior notice.

5. The acchievement of promotional points is not operative for category upgrades or for redeeming tickets to participate in raffles.
