Wine & Flamenco Experience – Casino Cirsa Valencia – 15 November at 19:00.
Tasting in English of Valencian wines, accompanied by signature tapas and offered by Tristan van Doorn, international sommelier: White wine, Nodus Chardonnay. Grape: 100% Chardonnay. Winery, Nodus, Red wine, Cambra UNO. Grapes: 100% Monastrell. Winery, Rafa Cambra and Cava, Tantum Ergo Brut Nature. Grapes: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Winery, Hispano-Suizas.

Afterwards, you will enjoy some delicious tapas prepared by our Executive Chef: Scallop and mango ceviche, Brioche with Cantabrian anchovies, grated tomato and red miso mayonnaise and a delicious octopus, pumpkin and Iberian bacon skewer. To end the evening, you will enjoy ‘A Compás’, the exciting flamenco music and dance show, offered by AIRE, a quintet of musicians who will make you vibrate with their flamenco art.
